About Us:

The name Suzy Q's is from Andi's pygmy goat herd, which has been sold due to her illness.  Her parents brought her first set of twin registered pygmy goats years ago while her father, Andrew, was fighting cancer at the time.  Andrew’s nick name for Andi's mom, Suzanne, was Suzy Q and thus the name Suzy Q's was born.  Andrew died from cancer in 2001.

In 2015 Andi was diagnosed with stage iv breast cancer at 34 years old. She has undergone surgeries and treatments. Andi now has no evidence of active disease.  Andi has returned to her regular life with dog training, pet sitting, baking, selling treats and running marathons. You can regularly see Andi at the Suzy Q's store, one of our market stands, with her dogs or pet pig Hewey.
